Compressed Air Dryers

Compressed air leaving a compressor is saturated with water vapour. Without a dryer, that water condenses in pipes, valves and tools, causing corrosion, product defects and downtime. A correctly sized refrigerant dryer removes it before it reaches your production line.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I size an air dryer for my compressor in Egypt?

Start from the compressor free air delivery, then apply correction factors for inlet temperature, ambient temperature and pressure. For typical Egyptian summer conditions the result is about 1.3x to 1.6x the compressor FAD.

What dew point does the ADQ achieve?

ADQ refrigerant dryers deliver a pressure dew point of about +3°C, which corresponds to ISO 8573-1 humidity class 4 for most industrial applications.
